RV sites
RV sites include 30 amp hydro, water, and sewer. Each site has a level spot for your trailer and room to enjoy time outside. You have a picnic table and a fire ring at each site. All sites have access to the pool, playgrounds, and recreation spaces.
Seasonal sites
Seasonal guests enjoy a friendly community feel. Many families return each year to spend the summer in Southampton. Seasonal sites offer space, comfort, and a simple place to settle in for the season.
Rental Park Model
The park-model offers a bright and spacious add-a-room that works well for family time. It’s a great spot for card games, quiet mornings, and is also equipped with a Murphy Bed for those extra guests. The master bedroom sits close to the full washroom, giving you comfort and privacy during your stay. A second living area gives you space to unwind, watch some TV, and enjoy a relaxing evening. The kitchen includes everything you need for easy meals. You have utensils, pots, pans, plates, a toaster, a coffee maker, a stove with oven, and a full-size fridge.Outside, the covered porch has a BBQ with a table and chairs for meals in the fresh air. The yard includes a fire pit for simple evenings together. Linens and bedding are not included in the unit.
Pets
Pets stay welcome on designated RV sites. They are not permitted in the rental park-model.
