Campground Rules

At Holiday Park we are committed to the safety and security of all our guests, visitors and staff.
We understand that vacationing should be fun and carefree, but we ask everyone to follow a few basic rules
of courtesy and good judgement to ensure everyone has a memorable stay.

Holiday Park undertakes to maintain services at all times during this period but is not responsible for any damages resulting from interruption of services.

RESPECT: This is a community/ family oriented campground. No loud groups or parties are permitted. Any verbal or physical abuse of park staff will not be tolerated and will result in the offender being removed from the park at their own expense.

SITES: Are designed for recreational use of one family unit (2 adults and their children) and for one trailer. Supplementary accommodations such as, tents, are not allowed, unless approved by Holiday Park. Each site is equipped with one picnic table, one fire ring and parking for 1 vehicle.

CAMPFIRES: Shall be burned in the supplied fire ring only, shall not be of a size greater than the fire ring so as to pose any risk, and must not be left unattended while burning at any time. Failure to comply with this regulation will mean the loss of the privilege to have a fire on your site. Firewood should be neatly stored. Cutting down of trees is not allowed. Management may curtail fires during dry periods for safety reasons. No firewood allowed from certain designated areas due to insects & plant diseases that may spread to Ontario ’s forests.

PETS: Pets must be on a leash, quiet, and cleaned up after at all times in accordance with the Dog Owners Liability Act DOLA. There is a two (2) pet limit per site in our Parks. Pit bulls, Rottweilers, and any other aggressive breeds of dog are not allowed in the park. Pets are not allowed on the beach, playground, volleyball courts, pool area, or in any park building.

CHILDREN: Their conduct and safety is the total responsibility of their parents. All children are to be on their campsite by 10:00. No riding of bicycles after dark. Children under the age of 11 should be under adult supervision at all times. Rules enforced outside of the park are also in effect within the park, such as helmets for bike riders.

They are allowed to stay overnight only if suitably accommodated in Occupant’s trailer. Day visitors must leave by 11 PM. Occupants are responsible for the conduct and actions of their visitors.

THE OCCUPIER of a site shall exercise such care as is reasonable in the maintenance of the site during his occupancy to see that persons entering onto the site and property brought on the site by those persons are reasonably safe while on the site and shall save Holiday Park harmless from any claims as a result of the failure of the OCCUPANT to do so.
